Rental Pool Information
We offering a Rental Pool program, the program is optional,
anyone planning to rent their units out, must participate
in the Rental Pool. The Rental Pool is for the benefit
of the owners and Rental policies must be consistent.
Paraiso De Las Sirenas Will undertakes the responsibility
of operating the rentals in the manner of a luxury resort,
and maintaining the units to a high standard.
Owners participate in the Rental Pool may book their
unit for a personal use by removing it from the Pool
Rental for the occupation period. They may use their
unit on short notice if the unit is vacant.
To protect the integrity of the Rental Pool, personal
use must be restricted to immediate family members only.
(Grand parents, siblings, grandchildren, and children)This
is for the benefit of the owners.
We estimate that the administration costs, including
the management Fee, maid services, repairs, replacement
of damage, etc. It will cost you 30% of the Rent collected.
Rental Pool helps owners to pay condominium fee and
return some money on their investment….see the
attached form.
